Jenya Lano "Audrey" Beautiful and sexy, not only in appearance but in manner, Jenya has recently exploded on the independent film scene and promises to make it her own. She spent her early years in Moscow, Russia, the country of her birth. Later, her family moved to Rome, Italy. A benefit of living in those two nations at such a young age resulted in her being fluent in the languages of both countries. Her eventual arrival in the United States-Los Angeles, to be exact-added the English language to her repertoire, which she speaks without the hint of an accent. At 18 Jenya decided to pursue an acting career, and since she is in the film capital of the world, her decision seems to be a smart one. Her resume boasts such appearances as a guest-starring role in the highly-rated action show "Xena: Warrior Princess," as well as the fan favorite USA Studios' and later Sci- Fi Television's series "Good vs. Evil," the Showtime series "Beggars and Choosers," and a perennial favorite, CBS's "Diagnosis Murder," starring Dick Van Dyke. More recently, Jenya was seen on the Emmy award winning cable series "The Shield," starring Michael Chiklis, "Off Center," a sitcom for the WB network and "Mutant X," the sci-fi series for Tribune Entertainment. Jenya's appearances have not been limited to television. In fact, of her numerous feature film credits, Stealing Candi stands out as a project that received critical acclaim and was an opportunity for Jenya to shine in the title role of Candi. The film also starred Daniel Baldwin and Coolio. Other feature credits include Blade, starring Wesley Snipes, New Suit, a comical take on Hollywood, the Alan Arkin thriller Blood Money and the endearing comedy about models trying to make it big, Fashionably L.A. Further roles continue to come her way. Jenya just wrapped Ghost Rock, a western starring Gary Busey and Jeff Fahey, and The Deathlands, starring Vincent Spano, for the Sci-Fi Network. If all this weren't enough, Jenya has just wrapped a smaller part in the remake of the hit 70's television drama SWAT, starring Samuel L. Jackson. Jenya is represented by Don Buchwald and Associates, and managed by John Hamner at Anonymous.
