Mau Barclay "Sunny" Hailing from Colorado, Mau Barclay was a professional firefighter and emergency medical technician before she began performing. Her career in acting actually began in Denver, where she received a great deal of work in Equity Theater as well as national television commercials. In February 2002, Mau made the decision to move to California, and it is a decision she has not since regretted. In her short amount of time in Los Angeles, she has netted numerous roles in feature films, Equity stage, and, most recently, a role on the highly acclaimed political drama, "The West Wing" for NBC. In addition to her talents as a performer, Mau is actively pursuing screenwriting and has most recently co- written a thriller to which she is also attached as talent. The project was recently sold and is currently in preproduction. Mau, ever active in the entertainment community, is a member of The Exchange, an association dedicated to fostering relationships in the industry which will assist members in acquiring positions in motion pictures and television. She also sits on the board of CineWomen, a non-profit organization of professionals in the entertainment industry whose purpose is, among others, to develop the number and range of opportunities available to women in the film industry.
